GK Pro will broadcast the Big Money Skins Championship Live as a Pay-Per-View Event,$100,000 Total

Updated: Oct 16, 2022

Charlotte, NC - Sept. 29th, 2022 - GK Pro & Eagles Crossing announced today that it will be

exclusively streaming the Big Money Skins Championship at Eagles Crossing as a Pay-Per-View

Event live from Saturday, Oct 22nd through Sunday, Oct 23rd. The weekend broadcast will be a

Pay-Per-View featuring 48 professional disc golfers who will compete for a chance to play in the

Sunday Skins Championship final card where the winner will take home $50,000. This event has

a total purse value of $100,000 making it a first in disc golf history.

Isaac George, the business manager at GK Pro had the following Statement:

“We are really excited to be a part of disc golf history by working with Eagles Crossing Disc Golf

to broadcast the Big Money Skins Match live. We know this will add to the excitement of the

skins format. Up to this point, we have been post-produced but we felt that for the Big Money

Skins Championship we had to be able to show it live. In order to broadcast live, we are bringing

in Mason Productions which has sports broadcast credits on every major network and

streaming shows like House of Cards. Mason Productions will provide the technology and

creative expertise for the broadcast and GK Pro will provide the camera work. We are currently

working towards securing a streaming platform for the live broadcast and specific details will

follow shortly. This will be the first disc golf coverage to be broadcasted using a traditional

Satellite uplink. This means zero camera lag in the woods and uncompressed ESNP-like footage

for the audience. This is definitely a first for Disc Golf as is the $50,000 to the winner of this

skins match.”

The Big Money Skins Broadcast will cover the two-day tournament and plans to have an all-day

Saturday broadcast to cover the first day of the tournament & complete coverage for the final

match where we will see someone win $50,000. The pay-per-view cost will be $14.99 for all

weekend access and the ability to watch it back for a limited amount of time.

GK Pro and Eagles Crossing will be releasing more information as it becomes available. To get
